When an order is placed, certain personal information will be requested.
The customer will have to enter contact information (such as name, e-mail and shipping address.) as well as the financial information such as credit card numbers, expiration date and the three digit security code for the purchase to be processed. The information is needed in order to invoice the customer and to complete the order. If there are problems with the order or the delivery, we will use the contact information the customer has specified. Phone number is required for shipping purposes, if we or shipping companies need to contact you for the supply.

These general terms and conditions apply only to customers and consumers.
The customer must be over 18 year old in order to purchase and order via suitupweirds website. SUW complies with Swedish law and does not accept any credit purchase to customers under 18 years of age. SUW reserves the right to deny or change a customer's order (for example, if the customer has provided false personal information and / or have any record of failure payment).
SUW holds no liability if the products are sold out, nor for image or typographical errors on the site- for instance error in product description or technical specifications, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changes in prices from suppliers or changes in currencies or incorrect information as to whether a product is in stock.
SUW holds the right to correct such errors and at any time, change or update information.
If an incorrect price has been specified for the product ordered by the customer, SUW will inform the customer of this and await approval of the amended price before SUW continues to process and finalises the order.
All images on the site shall be considered only as illustrations of the products. Such illustrations cannot guarantee reproduce the variety of products that the customer receives or exact appearance, function or origin of the product. SUW holds not responsibility for any information from third parties listed on the site.
The website and all its contents are owned by Weird Petersons Design AB or its licensors. The information is protected by intellectual property rights and marketing law. This means that brands, company names, product names, images, graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without written permission from Weird Peterson Design AB.
2. Contact and Orders
A purchase contract is concluded when SUW has confirmed the customer's order and the customer has received an order confirmation from SUW via email. SUW encourage the customer to save the order confirmation for any future contacts with SUW customer service for orders. The customer has the right to rescind its decision until it has been confirmed by SUW. If the order is canceled, SUW will repay payments to the customer or its debit or credit card company involved with respect to cancellation of the order and purchasing.
3. Customer information ETC.
The Customer undertakes to ensure that no one, except the customer him/herself uses the customer's login details. The customer shall not disclose their username or password to any person and be sure that all documentation with information about usernames and passwords stored in such a way that any unauthorized person cannot access the information. Customer shall not delay to inform SUW if it is suspected that an unauthorised person has gained access to customer’s log in details and passwords. The customer is responsible for all purchases made with the customer's login details if the customer has not left a notice of unauthorized access.
If SUW suspects that the customer is abusing its login information or otherwise violate the general SUW conditions, SUW has the right to block the customer's access to the user account. SUW is also entitled to assign new credentials to the customer.
4. Prices, Charges and Payment
The prices listed on the website is specified for online orders made on and through the website.
All prices are in sterling and include VAT. Prices on the website does not include no payment- and-shipping costs which are given separately.
The customer can pay for their purchases in the manner indicated on the website.

SUW has the right to charge the customer already in connection with the order if so require when such billing or similar payment method selected by the customer and approved by the SUW. When billing or instalment payment can SUW or its partners receive a third party credit report. In such a case you will be informed of this.
SUW reserves the right not to offer all various payment methods at all times, it also reserves the right to change the terms of payment and of payment method selected by the customer if the method does not work, depending on the reasons the timing of the fulfillment of orders. Please note that restrictions available payment methods listed on the website.
SUW may from to time provide special offers on the website which may have more favorable conditions than those stated in these general terms and conditions, for example; regarding payment methods or prolonged time for returning of products. Such conditions will apply during the period of the special offer and for the specific products listed by SUW in connection therewith. SUW reserves the right at any time, to withdraw any special offers. At cancellation and revocation of a special offer, these general terms and conditions shall apply without modification. All offers on specific products on the site are valid only for a limited period and up until the point the products are sold out.
6. Delivery and shipping
Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of days specified on the site. Unless otherwise agreed (eg in connection with booking of products not in stock), delivery will take place within 30 days after SUW has confirmed the order in writing by order confirmation. The expected delivery time is specified in the order confirmation, at the check-out point and /or the relevant product page on the website. If nothing else expressly agreed and if a delivery is delayed more than 30 days, without it being the fault of the customer, the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase.
If a package is to be collected at a specific delivery point, the customer will have to do so within the time specified in the order and delivery confirmation documentation. Packages must normally be collected in person with valid ID and order number. The customer receives a Delivery notice stating when and where the package will be picked up or received.
Registration. The message can be sent out via e-mail, mail and if the customer has provided a phone number, whether by telephone or SMS. SUW is entitled to charge the customer a fee of 15 € if the package is not collected in the right time frame.
7. Return Policy
When the customer purchases products on the website, the customer has 14 days right to return period as stipulated under Swedish law. This means that the customer has the right to cancel the purchase by notifying SUW within 14 days of the customer or his representative received the order confirmation.
The right set out in 7.1 does not apply to:
(A) Products which are manufactured to customer specifications or products which has been modified showing a clear personal character or
(B) Products with broken seals that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons (eg underwear, cosmetics, swimwear, hairdryers and similar products, razors, electric toothbrushes, scales, electric cushions and foot bath) or
(C) Audio or video products such as CDs or computer software where the seal has been broken after delivery.
By accepting the general terms and conditions, the customer recognises and agrees with that the return policy does not apply to any digital content supplied other than through a tangible medium.
When ordering a product where the right of returning the product does not apply, the customer will receive clear information. If a product is delivered being sealed, the customer cannot break the seal if the customer wishes to use his right of return.
The right of return seizes to exist when the customer breaks the seal, and this also applies to and includes any technical seal (such as serial numbers).
If the customer wishes to cancel a purchase the customer has to, before the end of the right of cancellation period, clearly inform SUW in the manner set forth herein.
The customer must provide their name, address and other relevant information, for example, for reference, invoice number and the name of the product in the message. If the customer does not wish to use the above prescribed method of cancelling a purchase, the customer can use the standard form for cancelling a product provided by the Consumer Agency.
If the customer uses his right of withdrawal, the customer must pay for the shipping costs return and is responsible for the conditions of the product after the customer has received the goods and return shipping. The product has to be returned within 14 days from the date of SUW receiving the message from the customer that the product is cancelled and will be returned. The product must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original packaging. Any returns must be sent to SUW in accordance with the procedures and instructions specified on the website as you can find here.
SUW reserves the right to offer free returns for selected products. If free returns applies, this will be clearly shown on the product page on the website.
In the event the customer regrets a purchase, SUW will repay the amount the customer has paid for the product, including shipping costs. Any additional shipping costs incurred by the customer where an alternative delivery other than standard delivery has been used, will not be refunded by SUW.
Upon return of a part of an order, SUW will not refund the shipping costs.
SUW is entitled to deduct the amount to be repaid, which represents the decrease of value of the product compared with the original value of the product, when and to the extent such a reduction in value is valid because the customer has inappropriately handled the product.
SUW will repay the amount without undue delay, however no later than within 14 days from the date SUW has received the customers wish and message of refund. However, reimbursement could be delayed until which that SUW have received the product or the client has provided evidence that the product has been returned, for example, by use of a delivery note. The refund will be made to the customer by the payment method selected by the customer, unless otherwise agreed between the parties or if it there is an objection for such a refund.
8. Warranty and complaints
Some of SUW's products may be subject to guarantees. Information about any warranty period and the specific conditions for guarantees for each product is listed on the website or in these Terms and Conditions. Guarantees for products will only cover and include the original manufacturing of the product and thus, no error that occurs at or after any individual changes to the product's function and appearance has made, for example, remaking, upgrading or configuration of the product. The customer’s order confirmation constitutes proof of warranty.
The right to file a complaint applies to products that are defective as per current legislation. All customers who want to assert their right to submit a complaint to any order, has to contact SUW as quickly as possible after the error was discovered, using the contact information listed on the website.
SUW will bear the shipping cost for any approved complaints.
When a product for which a complaint has been filed and returned and complaints are accepted, SUW will refund the customer in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. SUW strive to do so within 30 days of receipt of complaint from a customer but it may be delayed depending on the type of product.
SUW reserves the right to deny anyone's complaints about the product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, proves to be defective.
In the event of a complaint, SUW will follow and meet the guidelines of the national board for consumer complaints or the equivalent authorities in other European countries.
SUW may provide links to other websites outside the control of SUW and websites advise the SUW can keep providing links to the site.
10. Force Majeure
SUW is not responsible for any delay caused by circumstances beyond SUW control, such as general labour conflicts, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changes in state laws, technical problems, deficiency in the power / telecommunications / data communications or other communications and defects or delays in service by subcontractors due to circumstances specified above. Such circumstances shall lead to
exemption from liability and other measures. Should such a situation arise, SUW will inform the customer accordingly both at the beginning and end of the period of the event. If the event has lasted more than two months, both the customer and SUW right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
11. Changes in the general terms and conditions
SUW reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at all times. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the website. Changes go into effect when the customer has accepted the general conditions (in connection with a new purchase, or when browsing the website), alternatively within 30 days from when SUW has informed the customer about the changes. SUW, however, recommend the customer to be updated regularly and read the general conditions, to become aware of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, authority or tribunal, the remainder of this provision and all other provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All rules established to be invalid or unenforceable will be replaced by the relevant legal guidance and advice.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
Any disputes shall be primarily settled by mutual agreement following discussions with the SUW's customer service and the customer.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through a discussion with the SUW’s customer service, the customer can submit complaints directly online via the European Commission's platform. If you submit a complaint via the platform, your case will automatically be forwarded to the appropriate international body responsible for resolving disputes. This body will then contact us and try to resolve the dispute without court intervention. The dispute follows the SUW decision of ARN or their respective dispute settlement body.
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions shall be decided, pursuant to paragraph 13.2 above, or ultimately by the courts.
