SHIPPING & RETURNS



SUW is shipping all orders from Sweden and the EU. It is the customer's responsibility to pay taxes and custom duties when the goods are shipped outside the EU.

SUW supplies only in Europe and selected countries in the rest of the world such as USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, China, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Argentina and South Africa.

All orders will be delivered by Postnord, both within Sweden and the EU, as well as international orders. At delivery, a street address is required, customers are also asked to enter a phone number and an e-mail address when ordering, in case of any complications on delivery. Customers will receive advance notification, the recipient in Sweden can get advance notification by sms or e-mail and the recipient in the rest of the world will receive it by mail. DELIVERY TIME

Standard delivery time from when a package leaves our warehouse is:

Sweden: 1-3 business days

Europe: 3-6 business days

International: 7-10 business Days

Postnord will deliver the package to the recipient's mailbox. If the package is too large to be dispatched to the mailbox, the recipient may retrieve the package at a service point. If the recipient has to pick up the package at a service place, the recipient is notified. In Sweden, the recipient will be notified by sms, email or letter. The recipient of the rest of the world is notified in accordance with the recipient's country's means of reporting. If the customer does not pick up the package at a service place, the package will be returned.

Shipping cost depends on the shipping address.



HOW MUCH WILL THE SHIPPING TAX BE?

If the total order becomes of a certain value, we offer free shipping with the above mentioned supplier. The total order value varies depending on the country you order.

Scandinavia: 50 €

Europe: 100 €

USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, China, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Argentina and South Africa: 150 €.

Unless the order reaches the stated amount stated above, the shipping cost depends on the shipping adress and the size and weight of the package. To simplify everything, SUW uses three different shipping tariffs;

Region Sweden: Small 5 €  - Medium 8 € - Large 15 €

Region Europe: Small - 7 € Medium - 11 € Large - 20 €

USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, China, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Argentina and South Africa: Small - 9 € - Medium 14 € - Large 22 €



HOW TO RETURN

When the customer returns a product it is very important that the customer enter the order number and the customer's name and address. Without these details, it will not be possible to make a refund. In addition, a description of the problem is necessary. If you have a claim, please remember to attach a receipt to the shipping.

It may take up to 14 days to process and receive returns depending on where the package is returned. When SUW has received the returned product, SUW will inspect the item / goods and refund will be made within 48 hours.

RETURNS

All SUW’s products are high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product ordered by the customer or if the order is wrong (wrong product delivered or if a product is missing) please contact SUW's customer service at contact@suitupweird.com. When contacting our customer service enter as many details as possible, including order number and a picture if there is any defect in the product.

If the customer is not satisfied with the product, the customer shall return an unused product / products in its original unbroken packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

When SUW receives the product, the value will be refunded by the purchased product, but not the original shipping tax.

All products must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying documentation and the package must not be erected and the product may not be used. Otherwise, it will not be possible to get a refund.

The customer must pay for the shipping when the customer returns the product and this must also be arranged by the customer. The product is the responsibility of the customer until they reach SUW's warehouse. Customers are advised to pack the product safely to prevent damage to products or boxes.

The customer always has a 12 month warranty period if something is wrong with the product. Claims should be sent to our customer service contact@suitupweird.com as soon as possible. If the claim is correct, SUW will also refund reasonable shipping costs.
